The problem is that the device is already registered to the Company that is no longer in business and you cannot register the same defice under 2 different 'MySonicwall' accounts. Sonicwall will not allow it. I do not have credentials to MySonicwall account that it is currently registered under, nor do I have any contact with the old company (as they are out of business).
